1. What does Speekcha consider hateful conduct?


Content and activities that promote discrimination, denigration, objectification, harassment, or violence based on a person's characteristics are strictly prohibited. And any content that discriminates against the following element is also considered hateful content:

  • Age
  • Disability or Medical Condition
  • Physical Characteristics
  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Religion
  • Sex, Gender, or Gender Identity
  • Sexual Orientation
  • Veteran Status

To determine the intent and context of reported hateful conduct, Speekcha takes various factors into consideration.



2. To what extent am I responsible for my community on Speekcha?

As a creator, you are a role model and leader within your community. It's important to consider how your statements and actions may affect your audience. We kindly ask that you make a sincere effort to prevent any harassment within your community.

It is prohibited to use Speekcha for any activities that might incite, encourage, promote, facilitate, or organize hateful conduct or harassment, regardless of whether it occurs on or off the platform. We will take action to suspend communities, organizations, or individuals that engage in such behavior.

3. What clothing is appropriate for my live stream?

We understand that content creators engage in a wide range of activities and that a strict dress code would be too limiting. However, since streaming is a public activity that people of all ages and cultures can view, we do allow nudity if it’s related to art or educational purposes.

Also, it is advisable for content creators to dress appropriately for the context, location, and activity they are broadcasting. For instance, workout clothes are suitable for fitness streams, while swimsuits are appropriate for streams from a public beach. The attire should be publicly acceptable.

4. As an artist, I'd like to paint a nude portrait without the intention of being sexual. Can I live-stream my nude figure drawing?

We permit nudity solely for the purposes of art and education. However, engaging in masturbation or having sexual intercourse on our platform through live streams is strictly prohibited unless it is directly connected to art or education.

5. What about activities such as live body painting and dancing?

We allow body painting, dancing, and other creative activities on Speekcha as long as they do not violate our policies. We will review the context and intent of any content reported as potentially sexually explicit to determine whether it violates our policies. We take our policies seriously and will take appropriate action if necessary.

6. Do I need special equipment to use Speekcha?

Speekcha can be used with just a standard webcam and microphone, and depending on how you use our platform, you may also require streaming software or an encoder like OBS Studio. However, Speekcha Studio allows you to go live without any additional software, so no special equipment is needed to use our platform.

7. Can I use Speekcha for free?

Yes. The best thing about Speekcha is that you can, as a creator or user, use our platform for free!

8. Are there any limitations regarding live-streaming hours and/or quality on Speekcha?

Our platform has no restrictions on the duration or quality of your streaming. You can stream for as long as you want and at the highest quality possible without any limitations on bitrate or other factors.

9. Does live-streaming to multiple channels require extra bandwidth?

No, additional speed is not required as our servers handle all the necessary tasks to replicate your stream and broadcast it to all connected platforms simultaneously.

10. Which browsers work best with Speekcha?

To have the best possible viewing experience on Speecha, we suggest using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.

If you are using an outdated browser like Internet Explorer, you may encounter problems with playback. To avoid this, we suggest checking your browser version and updating it as necessary.

11. What are the Password Requirements for Creating Accounts on Speekcha?

Users' and creators’ passwords should have the following considerations:

  • The password should be at least 6 characters long and no more than 128 characters.
  • No restrictions on special characters or spaces
  • Case sensitivity (obviously)

We highly recommend using password security tools if you don't already have one in your life. Some examples of these tools include LastPass, KeePass, RememBear, and 1Password.

Please be aware that your passwords are encrypted and securely stored in our database and are never saved as plain text.

To prevent unauthorized download and theft of content, we use an encryption protocol to protect and stream it.


13. As a creator, do I retain the rights to my content?


Yes. As a platform designed to support your live-streaming business, we do not have any control over your content or its rights.


14. As a creator, can I block specific countries from viewing my content?

Yes. With Speekcha, you can utilize a geo-blocking feature to restrict certain countries from accessing your content. Simply designate the countries you want to restrict, and Speekcha will take care of the rest.


15. Can viewers watch my live stream and videos anywhere in the world?


Yes. Your videos and live streams can be easily accessed by viewers worldwide with no buffering time.


16. How many users can watch my live stream at the same time?


Thanks to Ant Media, Speekcha is equipped to accommodate an unlimited number of viewers simultaneously. Through the utilization of HLS streaming technology, live streams are not subject to any limitations regarding the number of viewers.


17. How will creators get paid?


On our platform, both studio and independent creators can manually request payouts, and we can process payments through their preferred payout channel, which is updated on our site.



18. Can creators block a certain user?


Yes. As a creator, you can easily block a user using your profile setting.


19. How much time is required for the block settings to become effective on site or model profile pages?


The block setting takes effect almost instantaneously.

Unless the unique code sent to your email is provided, you will not be able to access your account if your password has been compromised.
